Ice Magic

"Black and Blue" – a bit of cold magic and winter light. With all the snow and cold here in the northeast this winter, there is plenty of exquisite, albeit frigid, photo opportunities. I thought it would be nice to post a few images I've taken that show a bit of the artistic fusion of water, sunlight, and freezing cold temperatures. There is more to winter storms than breaking one's back shoveling and chipping at the aftermath! (Click on all images to enlarge)

"Black and Blue," that gorgeous shot of the icicles, was my favorite.
